Arsenal finalise £6m deal for 28-year-old goalkeeper
Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement to sell goalkeeper David Ospina to Fenerbahce in the coming transfer window.
The Colombia international has played second fiddle to Petr Cech for most of the campaign, and he is prepared to move on with his chances likely to be limited in the future.
The Sun reports that the north London giants have agreed upon the sale of their back-up goalkeeper with the player keen on earning regular first-team action elsewhere.
Ospina has earned just two appearances in the top flight this term, and this has urged him to switch clubs in order to secure his place with Colombia ahead of next year's World Cup finals in Russia.
Fenerbahce are understood to have settled on a £6m sum for the proposed transfer with Ospina likely to earn a three-year deal in Istanbul.
Damian Martinez is currently the third-choice goalkeeper at the Emirates, and he could be handed the backup role with on-loan stopper Wojciech Szczesny being on the radar of Napoli.
