West Ham United interested in Burnley shot-stopper
West Ham United are reportedly considering a move for Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton with Joe Hart expected to return to Manchester City after the conclusion of his loan contract.
Heaton has spent nearly five years at Turf Moor and during this period, he has managed to command a regular role between the sticks until this term where he dislocated his shoulder in September.
Since then, Nick Pope has jumped ahead of him in the pecking order with a string of top-notch performances in his absence and the 32-year-old now finds himself playing second fiddle to his compatriot.
According to The Sun, the Hammers are looking into a new keeper ahead of next season considering Hart will return to City while the future of Adrian remains uncertain.
It is added that David Moyes' side will seek to lure Heaton to Turf Moor with the promise of regular first-team football and are hoping that a fee of around £10m could be sufficient to push through a summer move.
