Unai Emery confirms goalkeeper to start against Chelsea

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery has confirmed that Petr Cech will start between the sticks against Chelsea despite the recent criticism from the club's faithful.
The 36-year-old had a good showing against Manchester City where he made a couple of key saves but there were nevertheless concerns regarding his distribution from the back.
Despite this, Emery has stressed that he is 'very happy' with the veteran's performance and the shot-stopper has his full support heading into the London derby versus Chelsea.
"I am very happy with his performance. I think he has experience, quality, capacity like a first goalkeeper with us - and also Bernd Leno," he said via The Mirror. "Saturday the decision is easy, Petr Cech will continue to start the match, I believe in him. If he starts bad, I believe in him also."
Aside from Cech, the likes of Granit Xhaka and Henrikh Mkhitaryan received plenty of stick for their performance in the defeat to the Citizens and they could be replaced this weekend with Lucas Torreira and Alexandre Lacazette waiting on the wings.
Both Torreira and Lacazette were introduced during the second half of the Gunners' 2-0 loss to Pep Guardiola's side and the latter, in particular, was impressive with the intensity and chances created during the game.
