Alexandre Lacazette insists Unai Emery is very different to Arsene Wenger
Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has indicated that new manager Unai Emery is very different in terms of his tactics when compared to ex-head coach Arsene Wenger.
The France international has been called from the bench in each of the Gunners' three league matches this season and in the most recent one, he made a notable difference by leading the comeback versus West Ham United.
Following that game, Lacazette was asked to compare the tactical organisation of Emery to Wenger's to which he replied, via Goal, saying: "The manager just told me to play my game and said we will win if I play well.
"There is a lot of difference under the new manager. You can't really compare the two coaches - they are their own men when it comes to football."
Lacazette has looked positive whenever he has been called upon by Emery and he could earn a starting role when the Gunners make the visit to Cardiff City Stadium this weekend.
The Frenchman has usually taken up the centre-forward position under Emery with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang making the switch to the left wing upon his arrival.
