Arsenal boss keen on signing highly-rated Celtic star
Arsenal manager Unai Emery is understood to hold a keen interest in signing Kieran Tierney from Celtic at the end of the campaign.
The 21-year-old has made over 150 appearances for the Hoops since making his debut five years ago and he is now being fancied to pursue a bigger challenge elsewhere.
According to The Mirror, Emery is said to target at least three signings for the summer and the left-back position has been identified as an area in need of strengthening.
The publication continues to claim that Tierney has been earmarked the prime target, though the Scot has barely featured of late due to a troublesome hip problem.
Tierney, who has more than four years remaining on his contract, is also said to be on the radar of ex-Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers, who is currently the manager of Leicester City.
Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal have been Arsenal's regular choices on the left side of the defence this term but the long-term future of the latter remains uncertain with his trailing age.
