Arsenal want French midfielder on loan?
Arsenal are reportedly plotting an ambitious loan move for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The Frenchman ran down his contract with Paris Saint-Germain over the summer and he thereafter made the Bosman move to the Bianconeri alongside Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey.
Rabiot had a tough beginning to the season as he struggled to command regular playing time but over the past few weeks, he has benefited with Sami Khedira sustaining a serious knee injury.
As such, the 24-year-old has no concerns at the club for the moment but The Mirror claims that the Gunners will nonetheless make a loan approach for the Frenchman, who has been a long-term target for them.
New Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is expected to be active during the winter transfer window but the Spaniard will have to adjust to a limited budget unless he is able to offload some of the existing players.
