Arsenal receive triple injury boost ahead of Newcastle clash
Arsenal have received a triple injury boost ahead of next weekend's Premier League clash against Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have been hampered by several injury concerns this term and they are currently without Calum Chambers for the rest of the campaign after his knee ligament injury.
Elsewhere, Kieran Tierney won't make his comeback from a shoulder problem until mid-March but they have received a timely boost with the trio of Sead Kolasinac, Reiss Nelson and Bukayo Saka reporting to training on Friday.
Kolasinac and Nelson have been out for the past few weeks with thigh and hamstring concerns respectively but they were involved in regular training in the warm-weather camp in Dubai.
Similarly, Saka has returned to the training group after overcoming a knock to his knee and hip which led to his half-time substitution in the goalless draw at Burnley last weekend.
Arsenal are currently placed 10th in the league standings and in terms of points, they are nearer to the relegation zone than to their desired target of Champions League football.
