Arsenal open to offloading striker for £20m
Arsenal are open to parting ways with Eddie Nketiah for £20m this summer, Football Insider claims.
Nketiah had a tough 2020/21 campaign with the Gunners, netting only six goals from 30 appearances in all competitions.
He was sparingly used in the Premier League, ending the season with just over 400 minutes of top-flight action.
With just 12 months left on his contract, the club are looking to offload him and have set an asking price of £20m.
Brighton & Hove Albion are keen, but they are aiming to sign him as a makeweight for Yves Bissouma this summer.
Bissouma has regularly been linked with the Gunners, but it has recently emerged that they are not interested in him.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Leeds have been offered the chance to re-sign Nketiah after his successful loan stint.
Nketiah bagged five goals from 19 appearances for the Whites during the first half of the 2019/2020 campaign.
Leeds are looking for a back-up striker to Patrick Bamford.
