Chelsea are open to swapping Timo Werner for Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski next summer.

Lewandowski has been a fantastic player for the Bavarian giants. He has bagged a stunning 319 goals from 349 appearances.

Despite the fantastic statistics, the Poland international is evaluating his future, and would like to test himself in the Premier League.

According to Transfer Window Podcast, the player's agent Pini Zahavi has already been in contact with the Blues over a summer move.

The west London giants could accept an exchange deal involving Werner as Thomas Tuchel would welcome Lewandowski's arrival.

Werner has struggled during his 18 months with the Blues, and it has been widely claimed that Bayern want to land his signature.

Julian Nagelsmann got the best out of him at Leipzig, and it has been reported that Werner would fancy a reunion in Munich.
