Thomas Tuchel confirms four Chelsea players will miss Real Madrid trip
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that the Blues will be without four players for the Champions League meeting at Real Madrid.
The west London giants suffered a 3-1 loss to Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie last week.
They face a tough task of recovering the deficit tomorrow. Ahead of the game, Tuchel has confirmed that the absence of four players.
Ben Chilwell is obviously out with a season-ending knee injury. He has been joined on the sidelines by three other first-team stars.
Callum Hudson-Odoi and Romelu Lukaku are sidelined with Achilles injuries while Ross Barkley has been ruled out with sickness.
Chelsea recently ended a two-match losing streak with a stunning 6-0 Premier League win over Southampton away from home.
Timo Werner had a superb outing with two goals while hitting the woodwork thrice. The German should be fancied to start on Tuesday.
There could be a solitary change from the St Mary's encounter with Reece James replacing Ruben Loftus-Cheek at right wing-back.
