Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour could be leaving the club before the transfer deadline on September 1.
The Scotland international was loaned out to Norwich City during the previous campaign where he struggled to impose himself.
It is now claimed that the Blues are prepared to cash in on him as he does not feature in the plans of manager Thomas Tuchel.
N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Conor Gallagher are currently ahead of him in the pecking order.
Meanwhile, the west London giants are also planning to make another midfield signing. Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong is the top target.
Hence, Gilmour may need to move on to establish his career, and The Mail claim that he could be available for as little as £10 million.
Brighton & Hove Albion are currently leading the race to sign him, but the Seagulls could face competition in the form of Everton.
