Everton to sign Adam Aznou

Everton have agreed an £8 million fee with Bayern Munich to sign Morocco international Adam Aznou from Bayern Munich. The 19-year-old has been with Bayern since 2024 but a lack of first-team football will enable him to depart the club, after an impressive loan spell in Spain with Valladolid last campaign.
Everton are keen to bring in new faces ahead of the 2025-26 season, a campaign in which they will be playing in a brand new stadium and under David Moyes are expected to continue a strong comeback. The Barcelona-born left-back at one point had been one of the best young players in Spain, and Bayern paid 5 million euros to bring the player to the club from Barcelona in 2022. Aznou only played two times for Bayern Munich's first-team in the Bundesliga.
Aznou made his debut in 2024 for Morocco and is now considered one of the best prospects from his country.
So far this summer Everton have signed Carlos Alcaraz from Flamengo, Thierno Barry from Villarreal and Mark Travers from Bournemouth. Neal Maupay and Jenson Metcalfe have departed.
