Arsenal defender Konstantinos Mavropanos is reportedly on the cusp of joining Stuttgart on a permanent deal.
The Greece international spent the previous campaign with the Bundesliga outfit, making 22 appearances in all competitions.
He played a key role in their ninth-placed finish, and the club have now decided to negotiate his permanent transfer.
According to football.london, the centre-back has already agreed terms with Stuttgart, and a deal worth £7m will be finalised.
Mavropanos made a lively debut for the Gunners against Manchester United in 2018. He has since made just seven more appearances.
The 23-year-old has not played a single minute under manager Mikel Arteta, and looks set to leave the club in the coming days.
The Gunners are expected to go on a spending spree this summer, but prior to that, they may focus on player departures.
Aside from Mavropanos, Granit Xhaka, Matteo Guendouzi, Eddie Nketiah and Sead Kolasinac are expected to leave this summer.
The likes of Hector Bellerin, Alexandre Lacazette, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Reiss Nelson could also be shown the exit door.
