Firmino on Bayern's radar

Bayern Munich are reportedly plotting a shock summer move for Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino, reveals the Sun.

The Bavarians are said to be preparing an offer worth £75m for the Brazilian ace as they are planning for a life without Robert Lewandowski.

The report also states that the Bundesliga giants want to pair Firmino with Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, who turns out to be their long-time target.

Firmino, 28, continues to excel for the Reds and he has racked up 8 goals and 7 assists in Premier League this season.

However, it is believed that the prospect of Timo Werner’s arrival at Anfield in the summer would leave the Brazilian’s future up in the air. Jurgen Klopp's side have emerged as the favourites to sign the German ace.

Bayern are now looking to take advantage of this situation and want the Copa America winner to lead their attack next season.

Meanwhile, Sane has returned to full training with Cityzens after a long layoff due to injury. The German winger is also said to contemplating about his return to Bundesliga since Bayern haven’t contacted him for a while.
