Arsenal handed injury boost ahead of Fulham trip
Arsenal have been handed a timely injury boost with Martin Odegaard available to face Fulham on the road tomorrow.
The Norwegian missed the midweek Europa League game at Sporting Lisbon through an illness but could make his comeback at Craven Cottage.
The midfielder was spotted in the full team training session this afternoon and he is likely to make the starting XI for the derby.
Aside from Odegaard, Kieran Tierney could be involved in the matchday squad as well after being absent for the same reason.
However, Gabriel Jesus is unlikely to feature tomorrow. He has just returned after a knee surgery and won't be risked soon.
Mikel Arteta has emphasised that the Brazilian will be given ample time on the training pitch before he makes his comeback.
Arsenal will be aiming to extend their two-point lead over Manchester City at the top of the table against the Cottagers on the road.
Having Odegaard in the line-up is a huge boost, considering he has scored nine goals and assisted another seven in the league.
