Liverpool entertain West Ham United in today's Premier League clash. The Reds are currently six points behind leaders Manchester City, and have another chance to close the gap.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • Predicted Line-up:

Alisson Becker has been ever-present in the Premier League barring injuries. He is expected to continue in goal. The Brazilian will be eyeing his 14th league clean sheet.

Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to tinker with his backline against the Hammers. He should revert to his regular combination. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson should start in the full-back roles. With Joel Matip ill, Ibrahima Konate looks set to partner Virgil van Dijk in central defence.

In the centre of the park, Jordan Henderson and Fabinho should be assured starters. Naby Keita has looked short of confidence in recent weeks while Thiago is injured. Harvey Elliott appears likely to take up the third midfield role ahead of Curtis Jones.

Further forward, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are nailed-on starters. Mane could be tasked with leading the line with winter signing Luis Diaz likely to play on the left wing. Diaz has made an instant impact, and should be assured his spot ahead of Diogo Jota. Roberto Firmino is out injured.

Predicted Liverpool line-up (4-3-3): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Elliott, Henderson, Fabinho; Salah, Mane, Diaz.
