Juventus tracking highly-rated Ligue 1 midfielder
Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.
The French midfielder turns out to be one of the best talents in Ligue 1 and has been linked with Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester City in the past.
According to Calcio Mercato, Bianconeri may try to sign the 21-year-old, should they fail in their pursuit of Paul Pogba from Manchester United.
Aouar has fared well for Les Gones this season, racking up 9 goals and 6 assists in all competitions. He burst onto the scene under Bruno Genesio last term with an impressive tally of 7 goals and 11 assists.
The French U-21 star is more of an all-action player as he can play in different positions in the middle of the park.
Juve’s midfield leaves a lot to be desired this season following the lacklustre performances from Blaise Matuidi, Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot. Miralem Pjanic and Rodrigo Bentancur are the saving graces for Maurizio Sarri.
The Turin-based outfit are working hard to reunite with Manchester United talisman Pogba in the summer and have submitted an offer worth £84m.
