Chelsea prepared to offer Ziyech in a swap deal for French defender
Chelsea are prepared to include Hakim Ziyech as a makeweight to sign Sevilla defender Jules Kounde this summer.
The Blues are likely to bolster the backline this summer, and AS reports that Kounde is the prime target for Thomas Tuchel.
However, the club are not in a position to trigger the €80m buy-out clause, and they are expected to propose a part-exchange deal.
It is added that the Blues could offer Ziyech as a makeweight to sign the French defender, who is also on the radar of Manchester United.
Tammy Abraham, Michy Batshuayi and Kepa Arrizabalaga are the other players, who could be included in the swap deal.
Kounde has built his reputation in recent years with Sevilla and he was part of the side which won the Europa League last season.
Aside from Chelsea and United, Manchester City have also been credited with an interest in the former Bordeaux man.
They may not revive their interest after the purchases of Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake from Benfica and Bournemouth respectively.
