Everton suffer double injury blow ahead of Chelsea clash
Everton have suffered a double injury blow ahead of the Premier League clash against Chelsea tomorrow.
The Toffees are in a dismal run of form at the moment with just five points accumulated from the last 10 games.
They have now suffered a double blow with Richarlison and Andros Townsend ruled out for the Stamford Bridge trip.
Richarlison suffered a tear in his calf against Crystal Palace last weekend. The Brazilian was substituted before the hour mark.
It is now confirmed that he could be sidelined for many weeks. Townsend is also unavailable for selection with a small bone fracture.
Aside from the duo, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Yerry Mina, Tom Davies are also ruled out alongside Lucas Digne, who is currently ill.
Allan and Seamus Coleman are also doubtful for the game. The Blues should be overwhelming favourites to beat the Toffees tomorrow.
Everton have a dismal record at Stamford Bridge. They have not beaten the Blues in a league game at the stadium since November 1994.
