Predicted Man City line-up (3-2-4-1) vs Real Madrid, Grealish starts

Predicted Man City line-up vs Real Madrid tonight

Manchester City travel to the Bernabeu for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid tonight.

The Cityzens have been in sublime form in the top-flight with 10 straight wins and should go into the game as slight favourites.

Formation: 3-4-2-1

Predicted Line-up:

Ederson has been a mainstay in the Cityzens goal. He is expected to start between the sticks against the reigning European champions.

Ruben Dias and Kyle Walker are expected to return to the back three. With Nathan Ake's injury, Manuel Akanji looks set to play on the left side of the three-man central defence.

John Stones has excelled from his defensive midfield role in the last month and he is set to return to the starting line-up to partner Rodrigo against Carlo Ancelotti's side.

In attack, there could be three changes with Riyad Mahrez, Phil Foden and Julian Alvarez dropping to the bench. Ilkay Gundogan should partner Kevin De Bruyne in attacking midfield.

Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish are expected to start on the right and left wing respectively. With 51 goals to his name, Erling Haaland is set to lead the attack for Pep Guardiola's men.

Predicted Man City line-up (3-2-4-1): Ederson; Walker, Dias, Akanji; Stones, Rodrigo; Silva, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Grealish; Haaland.
