Shkodran Mustafi agrees Arsenal move

Valencia centre-back Shkodran Mustafi has agreed terms with Arsenal ahead of his proposed move to the club. The Gunners have yet to finalize a fee for his transfer.
The Gunners are in dire need of new centre-back with Gabriel and Per Mertesacker sidelined with long-term injuries.
According to Sky Sports News, the World Cup winner has settled terms over a long-term contract, and it remains for the Gunners to negotiate a transfer sum with Los Che.
As things stand, Mustafi is unlikely to arrive before the Gunners' opener against Liverpool and this leaves manager Arsene Wenger with a decision to make at the heart of the defence.
Calum Chambers and summer signing Rob Holding are currently the recognised pair left whilst Nacho Monreal and Mathieu Debuchy could be asked to fill in the position.
Meanwhile, France international Laurent Koscielny is yet to return to full fitness after he was given an extended rest for his Euro 2016 exploits.
