Chelsea looking into deal for Bournemouth striker
Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly looking into a potential move for Callum Wilson with Maurizio Sarri keen on bolstering the club's frontline.
The Blues have gone through a 16-match unbeaten run under their new head coach but doubts continue to linger over the consistency of both Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud upfront.
According to The Mirror, the Blues have begun the search for probable replacements and Wilson is one of those being close tracked by the club's scouts.
Wilson has suffered two serious knee injuries since the Cherries return to the Premier League but he has stepped up this campaign with six goals and four assists coming from the 11 appearances.
He presently has a contract with Bournemouth until June 2022 and it will be interesting to see whether the Cherries would be able to resist any big-money offers for his signature.
Chelsea recently bagged a 3-1 triumph over Crystal Palace in the league last weekend and the outcome sees them second in the standings ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.
