Chelsea offered chance to sign Eredivisie goalkeeper
Chelsea have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana during the ongoing transfer window.
The Blues have been the busiest club in the transfer market this summer and they have already spent £200m to make six major signings.
They started their spending with the purchase of Hakim Ziyech and they have since added Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Malang Sarr, Thiago Silva and Kai Havertz to their squad.
Frank Lampard is still said to be eyeing a new goalkeeper to compete with Kepa Arrizabalaga and in recent weeks, they have been linked with the services of Edouard Mendy.
However, Evening Standard claims that they are also looking at other options aside from the Rennes goalkeeper and have recently been offered the chance to land Onana.
Onana has a gentleman's agreement to leave Ajax at the right price this summer. He was linked with both the Blues and Tottenham Hotspur during the backend of last season.
He is valued at around £35m by the Dutch champions.
