Roberto Firmino to leave Liverpool?

Firmino on his way to Juventus?

Roberto Firmino could end his long-term association with Liverpool amid interest from Juventus, Calciomercatoweb claims.

The Brazil international has been a mainstay for the Reds under manager Jurgen Klopp, but he was largely injured last term.

This saw Diogo Jota get the regular nod to lead the line, and there is now further competition with the arrival of Darwin Nunez.

Hence, Firmino has potentially become the third-choice striker in the squad, and this could urge him to move on over the coming weeks.

Firmino is currently valued at around £26m by the Reds, but it is unlikely that any club will meet the price amid his injury troubles.

However, a part-exchange could be an option. Juventus are prepared to offer around £9m plus Adrien Rabiot to land the 31-year-old.

The Bianconeri recently lost the services of Alvaro Morata after his two-year loan from Atletico, and could play Firmino in his position.

The Turin giants tend to operate with two strikers up front. Firmino could potentially line up alongside Dusan Vlahovic next campaign.
