Predicted Chelsea line-up (3-4-2-1) vs Leicester City, Kovacic starts
Chelsea will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they host Leicester City at home today.
The Blues are currently on just four points after three games, but should be fancied to come on top against the Foxes.
Formation: 3-4-2-1
Predicted Line-up:
Edouard Mendy had a horror moment in the 3-0 loss to Leeds United, conceding a goal due to his poor decision-making. His reluctance to clear his line was capitalised by Brenden Aaronson.
Despite this, he is expected to continue in goal. In front of him, there should be a couple of changes. With Kalidou Koulibaly suspended, Cesar Azpilicueta should come into the back three.
We fancy Marc Cucurella also in central defence with Ben Chilwell featuring at left wing-back. Reece James should play in his preferred right wing-back position once more.
In midfield, Mateo Kovacic could start after recovering from a nagging knee injury. The Croatian looks on course to partner Jorginho after a lacklustre performance from Conor Gallagher.
In attack, it could be the same trio of Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Raheem Sterling. Mount and Sterling should play behind Havertz, who is likely to continue in the false nine role.
Predicted Chelsea line-up (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Azpilicueta, Silva, Cucurella; James, Kovacic, Jorginho, Chilwell; Havertz, Mount; Sterling.
