Predicted Chelsea lineup vs Tottenham

Chelsea are scheduled to face Tottenham Hotspur on the road in tonight's Premier League clash. The Blues are presently placed fourth in the standings but they need to produce a positive result against Spurs or else they could be leapfrogged by their London rivals on goal difference.

Formation: 4-3-3

Predicted Lineup:

Kepa Arrizabalaga has come for criticism for his distribution but manager Frank Lampard has continued to support the shot-stopper. He will definitely start in goal for the London derby.

The defence could see the solitary change with Emerson dropping to the bench. Reece James should come into the side in the right-back spot meaning that Cesar Azpilicueta will offer on the opposite end of the central defence. Antonio Rudiger and Kurt Zouma should keep their places at the heart of the backline.

In the midfield, Mason Mount could get the axe following his average run of form over the past few games. His absence should witness the return of Mateo Kovacic to the starting lineup. The Croatian has been one of the standout performers this term and he could lineup alongside Jorginho and N'Golo Kante in the centre of the park.

Further forward, Lampard has regular stuck with the combination of Willian and Christian Pulisic out side and that should remain the case. Pulisic should feature on the left wing with Willian on the opposite flank while the club's leading scorer for the season, Tammy Abraham, should lead the attack.

Predicted Chelsea Lineup: Kepa Arrizabalaga; Reece James, Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Cesar Azpilicueta; N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic; Willian, Christian Pulisic, Tammy Abraham.
