Predicted Chelsea lineup vs Watford

Chelsea are scheduled to host Watford in the Premier League this evening. The Blues are holding a slender two-point lead over fifth-placed Manchester United and they will be hoping to preserve their position with a return to winning ways.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Lineup:

Kepa Arrizabalaga had a difficult afternoon at the London stadium last weekend where the Blues succumbed to a 3-2 loss. Still, we fancy him to retain his position in goal.

In the defence, there could be a solitary change from the recent London derby with Kurt Zouma replacing Andreas Christensen at the heart of the backline.

Jorginho has failed to play a single minute for the Blues since the restart, but he is likely to make a start against the Hornets. He could be accompanied by N'Golo Kante in the centre of the park.

In the attack, Willian and Christian Pulisic are guaranteed their places on the right and left wing respectively on the back of their good run of form in recent matches.

Mason Mount should return to the mix in his preferred number 10 role. Olivier Giroud is likely to feature as the main striker ahead of Tammy Abraham, who has yet to score since the restart.

Predicted lineup: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Willian, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud
