West Ham United make Declan Rice transfer decision
West Ham United have no plans of selling midfielder Declan Rice this summer irrespective of the offer on the table from Chelsea.
The Blues have already spent £200m on Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz, Ben Chilwell, Malang Sarr and Thiago Silva this summer.
They are still aiming to continue their spending spree and reports have claimed that Rice is one of the top priorities for manager Frank Lampard.
So far, the Blues have been put off by the Hammers' £80m price tag and they have been unable to convince them with a part-exchange offer.
According to The Athletic, the Hammers hold an interest in a number of Chelsea players, but they are unwilling to lose Rice in any deal.
The Hammers are the only Premier League side, who have yet to make a summer purchase and that has led to frustration among the fans.
They have looked at signing James Tarkowski from Burnley, but their £31m bid has been rejected. The Clarets want around £50m for the centre-back.
