Jurgen Klopp interested in Real Madrid job?
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is deemed to have expressed an interest in succeeding Zinedine Zidane as the next Real Madrid manager.
Zidane made the surprise decision to quit Los Blancos last week and a number of top-quality coaches including Arsene Wenger and Mauricio Pochettino have been linked with the role.
However, according to Don Balon, Klopp is supposedly keen to speak to Los Blancos' hierarchy over the vacancy, though the Reds are likely to block any approach from the European champions.
Nevertheless, the German is said to have already drawn tentative plans over which players he would offload upon his arrival at the Champions holders.
Kiko Casilla, Achraf Hakimi, Jesus Vallejo, Marcos Llorente and Borja Mayoral have been mentioned as the players, who could be shown the exit door, if Klopp succeeds Zidane at the Bernabeu.
Liverpool have already made the signing of Fabinho from AS Monaco this summer and they are presently in discussions over possible deals for Nabil Fekir and Alisson Becker.
