Tottenham stunned Arsenal with one of the all time Premiership comebacks, as Spurs grabbed two incredibly late goals to draw 4-4 at the Emirates Stadium on a miserable Wednesday night for Arsenal.

The game seemed to have everything, goals, chances and battles all over the pitch; but Tottenham will certainly feel like this is a win rather than a point.

The Gunners really showed their weaknesses at the back; and Arsene Wenger will be absolutely distraught after his side showed they just lack that bit of experience to tie up three points in a crucial game like this.

Tottenham welcomed back Gareth Bale on the left side of midfield and Woodgate joined Vedran Corluka in the heart of Spurs defence as Ledley King was rested, meanwhile Emmanuel Adebayor was brought in to the side to replace Nicklas Bendtner.

The Gunners started the game the brightest, and Theo Walcott should've but the Gunners in front after 10 minutes but he drilled the ball wide.

Tom Huddlestone was proving to be a man mountain in the Spurs midfield, showing that he is capable of the fight and also the creative side. Cesc Fabregas at times looked lost, and Arsene Wenger was forced to bring Denilson more into the game to accommodate Fabregas.

As if the Gods were just not on Arsenal's side at all, David Bentley - a former Arsenal player, now a figure of hatred - scored one of the goals of the season as he fired home from 40 yards past a lost Manuel Almunia.

Fabregas could've responded, but Gomes was strong and tipped the ball round the post.

From the resulting corner, however, Mikael Silvestre scored his first Arsenal goal as he put the ball past Gomes to bring the scores level.

As the sides went in at half time, nobody in the stadium would've expected what was set to come after the break.

There were no changes from either side, but Arsenal looked to have made some tactical changes and looked a lot better.

Denilson looked very dangerous, and Gomes was forced into action yet again from a wonderful strike.

Then Arsenal went in front through William Gallas, as he sent home a header from a free kick into the bottom corner, leaving Gomes stranded.

The Gunners then went 3-1 up as Robin van Persie made a wonderful pass for Samir Nasri and he lobbed over Gomes, where Adebayor was lurking to send the Gunners further into the lead.

But Harry Redknapp's side they are not quitters anymore, and they rescued another goal immediately as Huddlestone fired at Almunia, who spilled the ball for Darrent Bent to slot home. What a cracking game this was turning out to be.

Then, Arsenal were aware that Tottenham were coming back into the game, and so went looking for another goal.

Up stepped Robin van Persie, who unleashed a wonderful shot past Heurelho Gomes to put Arsenal 4-2 up.

Not one person would've expected the outcome of this game; especially with the scoreline at 4-2. However, Spurs battled and battled.

Arsenal seemingly relaxed, and in the 89th minute Jermaine Jenas scored an absolute corker of a goal, running half way through the pitch to score one of the all time great Premiership goals past Manuel Almunia. Game back on? You bet.

Injury time saw four minutes - somehow - and the Gunners paid the ultimate price in the 95th as Gomes long hoof found Luka Modric, who fired against the post, and there was Aaron Lennon to fire the ball past a shocked Manuel Almunia to gift Tottenham the most remarkable of points in an absolute epic.

The Gunners were furious; and the Spurs fans celebrated in their masses after one of the all time great 'smash and grab' results.
