Predicted Chelsea lineup vs PAOK

Chelsea entertain PAOK in Thursday's Europa League encounter at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are already through to the knockout stage of the competition and they require just a solitary point from the remaining two matches to seal the top spot in their group.

Formation: 4-3-3

Predicted Lineup:

Kepa Arrizabalaga has been the Blues' first-choice keeper for both the Premier League and Europa League games this term but Maurizio Sarri may consider a change this time around with Willy Caballero featuring between the sticks.

In the defence, Sarri may revert to the backline which has been regularly used in the Europa League and this should witness Davide Zappacosta and Emerson in the right and left-back spots while Gary Cahill and Andreas Christensen should feature in the central defensive positions.

Similarly in the midfield, the likes of N'Golo Kante and Jorginho should be rested alongside Mateo Kovacic and this could offer opportunities for Cesc Fabregas, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley - with the first two barely featuring in the Premier League this term.

In the attack, Eden Hazard could miss out on the game altogether after picking up a knock against Spurs and this could invite an opportunity for Pedro to start. In this case, we are fancying Pedro to start on the right wing with Willian on the left whilst Olivier Giroud should lead the line.
