Predicted Chelsea line-up (3-4-2-1) vs Arsenal, Aubameyang starts
Chelsea host Arsenal in today's early Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge. The Blues will be aiming to beat the Gunners to stay within touch of the Champions League places.
Predicted Line-up:
Kepa Arrizabalaga has been ruled out until the World Cup with a foot injury. This means that Edouard Mendy will start in a Premier League game for the first time since September.
Thiago Silva is expected to return into the back three for the west London giants. Trevoh Chalobah and Kalidou Koulibaly should partner the Brazilian in the central defensive positions.
Graham Potter has experimented with forwards in the wing-back positions with no success. He should go with specialists in Cesar Azpilicueta and Marc Cucurella against Arsenal.
In midfield, Jorginho should start for his quality distribution. Denis Zakaria's superb debut against Dinamo Zagreb in midweek may see him get the nod over Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mateo Kovacic.
The frontline should comprise of Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Aubameyang will be keen to make an impression against his former employers.
Predicted Chelsea line-up (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Chalobah, Silva, Koulibaly; Azpilicueta, Zakaria, Jorginho, Cucurella; Mount, Sterling; Aubameyang.
