Predicted Arsenal lineup (4-2-3-1) vs Sporting, Aubameyang and Ramsey start
Arsenal will be aiming for a 11th straight victory across all competitions when they face Portuguese side Sporting on the road on Thursday night.
The Gunners have begun the Europa League campaign with victories over Vorskla and Qarabag in their opening two group stage matches.
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Predicted Lineup:
Petr Cech has been left out of the travelling squad for the Sporting game and this should witness Bernd Leno retain his spot between the sticks.
In the defence, Hector Bellerin should reclaim his right-back role amid the lack of options while Stephan Lichtsteiner should feature on the opposite with both Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac on the sidelines.
Onto the midfield, both Granit Xhaka and Lucas Torreira are likely to be rested for the encounter and this should witness some much-needed gametime for Mohamed Elneny and Mateo Guendouzi.
Likewise, the attack front should see chances with Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang earning their opportunities from the off.
Ramsey should take up his preferred number 10 role position with Welbeck and Henrikh Mkhitaryan on either side of him whilst Aubameyang is pretty much certain to lead the line after bagging four goals from the bench in his last two league games.
